Q: What if I need my order urgently?
A: We recommend contacting us before placing your order. For urgent bridal or event deliveries, weāll do our best to prioritize dispatch or suggest express options where available.
Q: I entered the wrong address - what can I do?
A: Please email or WhatsApp us as soon as possible. If the order hasnāt been shipped, weāll update the address. If it's already in transit, weāll try to work with the courier to resolve it. For such cases, an additional charge, as levied by the courier partner, may apply to reroute the parcel.
