We keep comfort as a core feature of our wedding footwear. For us, comfort comes first, and design right after. We therefore create our wedding heels with comfort in mind. Our brides have repeatedly come back to us stating that the bridal heels and flats were super comfortable for their wedding day. They could spend the whole day comfortably in the footwear and not end up with day end aches.

We usually ensure we provide the right size to you and seldom get any returns due to sizing. In other cases, since products are usually made to order, a full refund or return is not possible. Kindly refer to the detailed policy here

Most of our footwear have hand embroidered motifs with each stitch carefully and slowly done. The beads are also stitched using durable cotton or synthetic threads. That said, given the nature of materials e.g. glass beads, if you bump the shoe against a surface, it will likely break. Designs with sequins and thread work are less susceptible to breakage.

For standard designs from our wedding footwear, casual sandals and occasion heels collection, we ship within 10-15 business days usually. Some casual and bridal footwear for women can be shipped faster and are marked accordingly. For custom shoes, please reach out to the customer support team via the Whatsapp button on the website and confirm the timelines based on your requirements.

Our trendy bridal and casual footwear are super easy to maintain. We will provide care instructions along with all our heels and flats. Most importantly, after one night of wearing the shoes, we would suggest you put them in a shade during the day to remove any odor from the sweat. Then store it in the shoe box with the silica gel provided in the packaging. In case of a small blemish on the shoe, once you use it, you can gently rub the area with shampoo and clean it—the benefits of a fabric-based designer footwear!
